At The Wild Whale, we take pride in delivering high-quality made-to-order goods to our customers. Due to the unique and made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. This policy outlines our guidelines for returns, refunds, and cancellations.

RETURN POLICY
Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom goods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once your order has been placed and the design has been approved, we begin the production process, and therefore, we cannot cancel or modify the order. We encourage you to carefully review your order before placing it and to contact us with any questions or concerns you may have. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please refer to our refund policy.

REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds for non-returnable custom goods unless there is an error on our part or the product arrives damaged or defective. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue. We may ask for photos of the issue, as well as any other information that may be helpful in resolving the issue. We will then provide you with a solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

We encourage you to carefully review your order before placing it to ensure that it meets your expectations.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. As our products are made-to-order, we begin work on your order as soon as it is received. If you cancel your order before production has started, we may be able to offer you a full refund. However, if production has already started on your order, we may not be able to offer a refund.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances or production issues, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options. We may be able to offer a replacement product, or a full refund if necessary.
